Controls Services (QCS) was established in 1974 to fill the
need for precision calibration services and quality sales. QCS has over
30 years experience in calibration, service and repair of all makes and
models of precision balances.
With the addition of our Echelon 1 Metrology Laboratory, and A2LA Accreditation (Certificate 1550.01/Laboratory
Code 115953), QCS now offers calibration and
certification on precision weights and balances in compliance with ISO/ISE
17025-1999 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1994. Our laboratory meets
"General Requirements for the Competence of Calibration and Testing
Laboratories" (and equivalent relevant requirements of the ISO 9000
series of standards) and any additional requirements in the identified
field of calibration. The scope of this accreditation also includes
Thermometers (liquid-in-glass & digital), Force (tension & compression),
Furnaces, Ovens, Incubators, Autoclaves, Cold Boxes, pH meters and
Pipettes. If calibration with documentation is a part of
your Quality Assurance Program then call us for more information on A2LA
calibration services. All certifications are NIST
traceable.
